It makes special laws for a special interest group because they have millions of corporate dollars backing their unconstitutional agenda. In effect, the Sheppard Act punishes murders twice for the same crime., one because murder and the again because their was hate toward a member of the special group. The Sheppard Act does cover all people. Besides, all premeditated murders are motivated by hate. Your evaluation of my letter to US Senators is as unjust as the Matthew Sheppard Act. This is a horrible tragedy that has occured. As a christian I feel this is wrong and indecent. Heck..... as a human being i find this kind of thing repulsive. Killing that boy was undoubtbly the stupidest thing someone could do. Jesus also says let those who are without sin cast the first stone.
